High Temp Belts

EPDM belts are rated for a constant 550-600°F and peak temperatures of 750°F. EPDM belts should not be exposed to any oils. High heat belt for cement clinker, iron ore, steel mills where oil is not present.

HTA belts are rated for a constant of up to 350°F. HTA belts need to be exposed to some oils, to prevent them from drying out. A heat and oil resistant compound designed to operate in applications requiring resistance to high temperatures and oil. Recommended for hot mixtures containing diesel oil as well as kerosene, petroleum coke, hot asphalt paving mixes and carbon pitch, etc. Hot service involving petroleum oils such as oil extractors and plants handling oily grains or seeds where the belt will be subject to vegetable oils, high temperature and moisture from steam
