Our integrally molded belt chevrons are available in a broad variety of cross section designs that provide the means of conveying both wet and loose material on uphill/incline drives. These chevrons can be fabricated with both PVC and rubber cleating.

• Molded Chevron Conveyor Belt:
  Stock chevron configurations integrally molded during the actual belt manufacturing process.
• Slittable Cleated Belting:
  Mini-Chevron and V-Cleat patterns, integrally molded belting suitable for slitting to custom width.
• Custom Chevron Conveyor Belt:
  Molding Chevrons Many patterns are standard, but we will assist you with Custom Chevron Belt designed for your specific application.
• Cleated Food Grade Conveyor Belt:
  Food Belt cleat and top cover are molded in a homogenous process providing a smooth seamless top surface for easy cleaning in stringent sanitary conditions.
• Custom Rubber Cleating:
  Cleats and Chevrons are permanently bonded to the belt by a proprietary rubber vulcanizing process. The high grade compounds utilized in our cleat profile production result in superior durability and maximum service life.
• Thermo Welded PVC Cleats:
  Our PVC cleats are hot thermo-welded to form a HOMOGENEOUS blend of cleat and cover. The blend is actually as strong as the cover to the carcass with excellent cut and chemical resistance.
• Sidewall Belt Fabrication:
  Fabricated belting consists of a wide variety of value-added profiles and/or operations that add value to manufactured flat belting.
