The Fablon Bighorn, Longhorm, Bullhorn, and Fablift belts offer a new angle on loading belts. These unique cleat designs provide smooth, reliable product delivery in demanding incline applications. Used for large, abrasive or heavy loads, this heavy duty loading belt offers over four to six times the cleat wearing surface of conventional slab cleated belting.
Bullhorn belting offers a tight, low-profile cleat design for smooth delivery of loads such as planed asphalt and wood chips. Its design maintains constant contact with return idlers and can be troughed as necessary.
Longhorn belting offers a taller, aggressive cleat design that allows for easy handling of large, heavy or wet materials like sugar beets and recycling. The design maintains constant contact with return idlers and can be troughed as necessary.
Bighorn belting offers a 3/4" high x 3/4" thick rounded at the top cleat on 9" centers. This belt is ideal for smooth delivery loads requiring a cleated belt for elevation of product up steep inclines. The bighorn maintains constant contact with return idlers and can be troughed on conventional troughing idlers.
Fablift belting offers 1" high x 1" thick square cleat on 10" centers. This belt is ideal for smooth delivery of loads requiring a cleated belt for elevation of product up steep inclines. The Fablift maintains constant contact with return idlers and can be troughed as necessary.
FabTough sweeper belts are designed for longer performance and extended service life, versus the standard replacement belts currently available in the market. The FabTough belt incorporates two layers of heavy duty blended fabric that is less prone to stretch and punctures along with a thicker top cover which increases belt life. A custom blended cleat compound is then integrally molded to the top surface providing excellent durability in all operating conditions and environments.
Just like all Beltservice Fabflex rubber cleated belting products, the cleats on the Bullhorn, Longhorn, Bighorn, Fablift, and FabTough are integrally molded into the cover of the belt. Integral molding ensures that the cleats become homogenous with the cover of the belt.
