V-Cleat

Slittable cleated belts have integrally molded cleats. Patterns are designed to aggressively transfer free-flowing material. Pattern choice depends on the material being carried and the design of the conveyor. Belt is available in 2 or 3 ply, MOR (Moderately Oil Resistant) compound.

Typical applications include aggregate, fertilizer, grains, sand, bark and wood chips.

Available in slabs or cut pieces.

Chevron Conveyor Belting Type CC-15

Open chevron design allows water to escape. The 5/8" high cleat is aggressive for small pulleys on road scalpers. Can be used on primary or secondary conveyors.
